Everything was above my expectation, no negative points about hotel. The only problem is a taxi driver that every time is trying to take advantage and ask more money to go airport early in the morning, is better schedule before.

This hotel is in a perfect location! It's right across from the famous pedestrian street, so I had easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The staff here were amazing and always went above and beyond to help me. They even helped me arrange a car to take me to the snow and ice festivals. The rooms here are really spacious and quiet, ensuring a comfortable stay. I also loved the fact that there are connecting rooms available, making it great for families. And the breakfast here is fantastic, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options to choose from.

I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. The location, service, and room quality are all top-notch.

Our romantic getaway experience was enhanced by the great location, which offered easy access to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated the helpful staff who assisted us with arranging activities. The room was comfortable and clean.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, we found the cost of the hotel to be quite expensive. the room felt a bit outdated, and the bed was a little small for a couple.
